When booked, Mr. Mcswain was described as a black man, 5' 9" tall, 160 lbs, 21 years old, brown colored eyes, and black hair. According to information collected by Mississippi Daily News, Reginald Mcswain appears to have been arrested 3 other times, dating back to March 2014.
